I went for a medical checkup recently when I went to see the doctor after always falling sick due to migraine. Got a rude shock when I was informed that I was 20 kg overweight.
That was in 2009. I told myself. What have I been doing? I used to be so thin last time, now I'm saddled with man boobs. And a spare tyre to boot. Told myself that everyday I'll work up a sweat and document every instance of it down here.
1. I did 150 shomen uchi with my bokken today.
2. I did 30 push ups today. 3 sets of normal, spider and diamonds.
3. I practiced 10 single hand chops today, each side.
