My Dandedong Adventure.

Went to Dandedong over the last 2 days. What can I say about the countryside?

1. The air is superbly fresh and sweet somemore.
2. The 'friends' there damn alot.
3. The scenery is really great.
4. The carefree feeling is there.
5. Devonshire Tea rocks.

Alot of 'friends'.

Great view of the skies.

Superb view of the skies.

What I find about the trip there, was that the GPS sucks. It doesn't really give the proper location.

Well, during Irene's birthday, I was rather disgusted at her friends from the apartment block. They were so self-centred, we tried talking to them, but I guess there would be better results chatting to a wall. Well, maybe not including Brenda, but I didn't really like the rest of them. They actually brought a camera to take pictures for their own sake and they did not even actually ask Irene to take pictures with them.

Don't know why there are such people.

Anyway, back to my trip. The journey there was rather long, and yes, I got carsick yet again. We went to Grant's Picnic Ground. My first thought was when I stepped out of the car, the air was really fresh. And I saw some kookaburras there. A really cute and fat bird. Bought seeds to feed the birds there as well, rosellas, king parrot, cockatoos and galah. Couldn't find the lyrebird though. Don't know where the hell it was.

A Galah.

A Rosella.

A King Parrot.

A Cockatoo. Damn heavy.

A Kookaburra. Freaking FAT bird.

An open conversation.

Then went down to stay at Aunt Jennifer's place. Really nice. Alot of rooms. Got golf course and superb cloud view as well. Plus a natural reserve. I don't know what should I bring there on the 11th. My jackets perhaps. Then what should I leave here? 1 suitcase and some clothes meh? To last me till end of Jan.

Me with Uncle Albert.

The trip back...well it took me 2hrs plus to get back to the city. All the pictures can be found here.
